The American Center for Art & Culture sells its Parisian mansion by Alexandre Crochet and Mathilde Huette
The institution has just announced the sale of the building it occupies opposite the Eiffel Tower, at 34 avenue de New York, in the 16th arrondissement of Paris and has entrusted this prestigious property to our agency Propriétés Parisiennes Sotheby’s International Realty. Private non-profit cultural institutions, wanted by Mona Bismarck and founded at the end of the First World War, it announced the donation of the proceeds from the sale of its headquarters to the American Library in Paris, the largest language library English on the European continent.
