Luxury real estate, foreign buyers are back
In France, the luxury real estate market is in good shape, wealthy foreign buyers are benefiting from the general lifting of health restrictions and a favorable exchange rate for the dollar. On the other hand, their level of requirement is very high, which makes the most prestigious properties rare. French buyers have flocked to exceptional properties, also anticipating an increase in credit and the inflationary trend, but professionals are especially noticing a return of foreign buyers, especially for the most important transactions.
