“The year 2020, one of the most complicated years since the end of the Second World War, ended with a very strong boost in activity with a sales volume of 394 million euros only in the 4th quarter, an increase of 35% compared to 2019.” analyzes Alexander Kraft, CEO of Sotheby’s International Realty France—Monaco.
The figures speak for themselves: 3 prestige sales per day! During 2020, the Sotheby’s International Realty France—Monaco network achieved 706 prestige sales, an increase of around 10% compared to 2019 with 645 sales!
In addition, the two lockdowns last year have boosted the success of regional markets in all price ranges.
