Despite the context of the health crisis, 2020 has given very good results: Sotheby’s International Realty France—Monaco announces a 10% increase in luxury sales compared to the previous year. The past year has been marked by an increase in French interest in prestigious properties located outside of Paris. In the end, the 3 months of almost total stoppage of transactions did not mar the luxury real estate market, which produced surprising results.
