Clouds over luxury real estate in 2023, full sun over luxury
After two crazy years, luxury real estate resisted the crisis in 2023, despite a drop in transactions, while exceptional properties are snapped up and the mountain is on fire, according to the reports of the real estate agency networks of prestige. After the Covid crisis, “everyone wanted to change their lives by alternating residence in the city and in the countryside,” leading to a surge in prices on the luxury real estate market, recalls Alexander Kraft, CEO of Sotheby’s Realty France.
