Prestigious real estate: review of a surprising year 2023 by Isabelle DAHAN
2023 market assessment for the network. The year 2023 marked a significant period for prestigious real estate. Despite a difficult context, Sotheby’s International Realty France-Monaco, leader in the high-end segment with around 80 agencies in France, reports impressive results. With a sales volume approaching 1.5 billion euros, the network shows a slight decrease of 7% compared to 2022, but an increase of 2% compared to 2021. These figures demonstrate a still dynamic market, but which becomes more selective and volatile, evolving at a three-speed pace.
