After having studied law at the universities of Goettingen (Germany), Cambridge (England), Berlin (Germany), and San Diego (USA), Alexander V. G. Kraft passed the First State Examination in Law (Juris Doctor) from the Free University of Berlin, and his Master of Laws in Comparative Law (LL.M.) from the University of San Diego Law School (California, USA). He successfully passed the New York bar exam and is a licensed attorney-and-counselor-at-law at the New York State Supreme Court.
Alexander V. G. Kraft began his career at Sotheby’s in 1997 at the Sotheby’s auction house in Beverly Hills, CA. In 1998, he joined the Sotheby’s real estate department, Sotheby's International Realty, and was appointed its European Regional Manager the same year. |

In his capacity as the Sotheby's International ‘s European Regional Manager and Executive Vice President, Kraft was responsible for the establishment and management of the Sotheby's International Realty network in more than 20 countries with more than 65 offices across Europe, the Middle East, Russia and Africa. At the same time, he occupied several other executive posts within the international Sotheby's International Realty organisation (such as being the Managing Director of Sotheby's International Realty GmbH, Germany, and the CEO of Sotheby's International Realty S.A., France). |

Since 2004, Kraft is the Chairman and CEO (as well as the majority shareholder) of Sotheby's International Realty France – Monaco (operated by Fortitude AG). In addition, he still advises the Sotheby’s auction house in real estate matters.
Being perfectly tri – lingual in German, English and French, Kraft has been a renowned commentator and real estate expert in the international media. He appears regularly on international television, has written a considerable number of articles, and is regularly quoted by the world’s leading publications and TV stations as one of the world’s leading experts for luxury real estate. |

| Markus Gräff has a most impressive business background: After holding various important posts at J.P. Morgan, Gräff was eventually appointed Director and Head of Asset Management of the J.P. Morgan Bank Zurich, Switzerland. In 1991, Gräff founded his own independent asset management company, “Gräff Capital Management AG” (Zurich) which he still runs at its CEO today. Since 2001, Gräff Capital Management belongs to the “AAM Privatbank Ltd.”, a subsidiary of the “Basellandschaftliche Kantonalbank” (BLKB), which holds Standard & Poor's highest rating of AAA.
